A Chance To (ACT) is a creative social care organisation committed to the inclusion of disabled people as equals in their communities.

We build belonging within people’s unique communities to develop skills, opportunities and wellbeing.

We work with people individually and in small groups through new experiences, to  explore their own identity and plan for themselves.
