At A Chance To, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to people with a learning disability and autistic people in our communities. Our organisation is built on the principles of equality, human rights, and inclusion, ensuring that everyone we support receives the highest quality service. We are proud of our already active community-based provision and established, dedicated inclusion support staff team. We are a small organisation and we are keen to remain a small, local provision that can deliver flexible, person centred solutions for people we support. We have been audited by our Local Authority and received very positive feedback.
As we embark on our next phase of development, we are seeking a values driven and dynamic Registered Manager to join our team and support us with CQC registration.
Our mission is to build belonging in communities, by offering personalised care and support services. We pride ourselves on our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the care sector.
